Facebook To Create Cryptocurrency

After reports surfaced that Facebook is creating a new Blockchain group, fresh media reports have claimed that the social networking giant is also exploring the creation of its own cryptocurrency.

Facebook has over two billion users globally and launching cryptocurrency will allow them make payments using a virtual currency .

 "I'm setting up a small group to explore how to best leverage Blockchain across Facebook, starting from scratch," David Marcus, currently the executive in-charge of Facebook Messenger.

WhatsApp Status Daily Active User Base Hits 450 Million which more than twice snapchat's  user .  At a event, Zuckerberg mentioned that users spent almost two billion minutes per day on voice and video calls. To further that engagement,  group video calling will be introduced  within WhatsApp where up to four people can join the call at once and see each other in split-screen mode.
